A streamer with stripes of 3/8 inch yellow, 1/8 inch white, 1/8 inch red, 1/ 8 inch white, 1/2 inch yellow, 1/4 inch triparted blue, white, and red, 1/2 inch yellow, 1/8 inch white, 1/8 inch red, 1/8 inch white, and 3/8 inch yellow. The arrowhead is used when authorized. The inscription is blue.
